Terms & Conditions

02. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• The information you provide must be accurate — we rely on it to deliver your order.

03. Products, pricing and stock

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary by batch.
• Stock shown online reflects our store in real time, but errors can happen — if an item sells out after you order, we'll contact you and refund or swap it.

04. Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it. If we can't fulfil an order — stock, pricing error or otherwise — we'll let you know and refund you in full.

05. Payment

Payment is taken on our secure checkout at the store. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for dispatch times.

06. Delivery and returns

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both apply to every order.

07. Product use

Products we sell are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement or performance product, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication.

08. Liability

We stand behind every product we ship. Where the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

09. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled under South African jurisdiction.
