Shipping & Delivery

02. Delivery fee

• R175 flat rate per order, anywhere in South Africa — no surprises at checkout.
• Free in-store collection can be arranged — message us before ordering.

03. Dispatch

Orders are picked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays dispatch the next business day.

04. Delivery times

• Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein): 2–4 business days from dispatch.
• Outlying and rural areas: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

05. Tracking

Every order ships with a courier tracking number, sent to you by email or WhatsApp once it's on the road. You can follow your parcel door to door.

06. Receiving your order

• A signature may be required on delivery — order to an address where someone can receive it.
• We deliver to the address you give at checkout; double-check it, as we can't redirect a parcel once it's with the courier.
• If you give us a wrong address, the redelivery cost is for your account.

07. If something's out of stock

If an item sells out between your order and our pack-out, we'll contact you straight away to swap it or refund that item — your call.
