• Order history — what you bought, when, and how it was shipped.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
• Basic technical data such as cookies that keep your cart and session working.

03. How we use it

• To process, pack, dispatch and deliver your orders.
• To contact you about your order — tracking updates, stock issues, delivery queries.
• To answer your questions and support you after purchase.
• To send you drops and restock alerts only if you opted in — you can opt out at any time.

04. Payments

Payments are processed on our secure checkout at the store. We never see or store your full card details — the payment provider handles them directly.

05. Who we share it with

• Our courier and delivery partners, who receive only what they need to get your parcel to you: name, address and phone number.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

06. Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email us and we will action it without fuss.

We keep order records for as long as South African tax and consumer law requires, then they are deleted.
